Overview
This course is provided for those persons wishing to work in the property industry in NSW and participate in the listing and selling of properties or in property management services who are required to apply for an Assistant Agent Certificate of Registration with NSW Fair Trading. This process involves gaining a Statement of Attainment, which is a part of the nationally recognised Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice qualification.
Students who wish to be real estate or stock & station assistant agents will be required to complete five (5) Units of Competency from the CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.

- CPPREP4002 Access and interpret ethical practice in real estate
- CPPREP4003 Access and interpret legislation in real estate
- CPPREP4004 Establish marketing and communication profiles in real estate
- CPPREP4005 Prepare to work with real estate trust accounts
A certificate holder is known as an Assistant Agent (Class 3) and once you commence working in the industry, you will be required to transition to a Class 2 licence within four (4) years.
Each year an Assistant Agent MUST complete three (3) Units of Competency from Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice as their Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
In addition, Jessie’s Training Group P/L offers the Certificate of Registration (Strata Management) in NSW.
Students receive electronic PDF training materials and exercises. Complete the exercises as required and pass to graduate without examination. You can start learning at any time. Our courses have classes every month. We only provide offline face-to-face teaching in Chinese and English. After class, you need to complete the exercises as required and you can graduate after passing all the assignments. There is no exam.
A property certificate of registration lets you work as an assistant agent in:
- real estate
- strata management or
- stock and station.
This is the starting point to becoming an agent in the real estate and property industry.
Nationally Recognised Barista Course is delivered, and the statement of attainment is issued by Jessie’s Training Group Pty Ltd.
Cancellation Policy:
We are unable to refund monies for students who do not turn up for classes or decide later after booking that they do not want to attend. Changes to class times are allowed, but not within 48 hours of the class commencing.

Entry requirements
There are no formal entry requirements for the Assistant Agent Course.
However, you will be required to complete an LLN [Language,Literacy and Numeracy] quiz prior to commencing the course and register for a Unique Student Identifier (USI) number.
Duration: The minimum expected time for competition is approximately 38 hours with a maximum study time of 3 months .(Note course competition times may vary depending on many factors such as workshop tutorial attendance, the amount of time set aside for self -paced study or the amount of RPL granted)
Participants are required to complete a language ,literacy and numeracy(LLN)test as a government requirement .The purpose of this test is to check your readiness and suitability for the course .
Once you begin working in real estate industry as an assistant agent, you will be required transition to a class 2 license within 4 years.
